I would have liked to heard more examples on supervision styles. Differences in Hiring (stages and paperwork), Student hours/Time card management, and Firing examples - the when, why, and stages. Asking the group to give examples or to speak on examples themselves. I felt like I had these questions but didn't know where to insert them in conversation based on the flow of the speakers. I felt that my situation differed somewhat from the other supervision roles and I wanted to learn about the different variations to implement changes to my own practice. I'm all about specifics!
