We hope to educate and advise our peers about the history of Vietnam, its culture, and its people. By networking with other cultural clubs on campus, we hope to promote the idea of Vietnamese as being multifaceted, as well as rich with variety and similarities. Through our programs and events we hope to create a venue at the University of Oregon in which Vietnamese and non-Vietnamese students can not only learn about the culture, but be in a comfortable environment where people feel welcomed to share their experiences.
