The Diverse Organization of Business Students provides empowerment, networking, awareness, links to professional and academic worlds, and community events to students of all diverse populations on the University of Oregon campus. The club encourages students to further their cultural awareness and attain a sense of tolerance and understanding; foster unity within our diverse community and the greater global society; appreciate and understand each other and our society's diversity; recognize unfairness if it exists; and take personal leadership in confronting bias.
