In a time of turmoil, change, and vast differences in opinion, it is important for everyone to feel they have a place where they can be heard. Join Lisa Heyamoto and Todd Milbourn, professors at the School of Journalism and Communication, for an opportunity to share your perspective on what freedom of expression means to you, and how we can create a campus culture that welcomes diverse, even unpopular viewpoints while maintaining a respectful environment. In addition to enjoying a free lunch, you’ll hear from classmates and help nudge the university community in a direction that’s reflective of your values. This event is reserved for students and space is limited. RSVP here.
