The F45 Strength workout program offers diverse strength training stimuli ranging from heavier, shorter weight training intervals to light weight endurance sets, allowing the body to constantly grow stronger and never get bored.

1. Get Started: Visit recweb.uoregon.edu or download in the app store “UO PE & Rec” and login in with your Duck ID.
2. Reserve: Select Group X Schedule, then choose your class format, day and time you want to move with us!
3.Complete Registration: Hit REGISTER, select it one more time. Select CHECKOUT and you will receive a confirmation email with your class registration day, time, studio location or Zoom link to join a virtual class.
