UOAA TravelTalk: Travel, Community Engagement and Education trends

All travel enthusiasts and those with international backgrounds and interests are encouraged to attend! Open to the public. 

Katie Jo Walter, Program Coordinator for Educational Tours in UO's Office of International Affairs, talks on recent trends in travel, including popular destinations and trends in educational travel and travel for community engagement. 

Katie Jo will outline how UO is responding to these trends, innovating travel programming that not only offers travelers rest and relaxation while checking off their bucket lists, but also provides alumni and friends of the university with truly unique, growth-oriented experiences curated via organic networking within the UO community. 

Select UOAA tours will be explained from this perspective and attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and share feedback.

 Light refreshments will be served.
