This event will help you decrease your stress and teach you strategies that you can use on your own in the future.

1:00-3:00pm Healthy Snacks, De-stress Activities, & Massage
3:00-5:00pm Healthy Snacks, De-stress Activites, Yoga, & Group Acupuncture
5:00-6:00pm Healthy Snacks, De-stress Activities, Yoga, & Meditation (Library 102)
6:00-7:00pm Top 40 Dance (Gerlinger 220)
