The UO Small Jazz Ensembles return to the Jazz Station for the first time in the new year! They will be joined by Portland-based pianist/composer Kerry Politzer. Born in Washington, DC, she graduated from the New England Conservatory of Music where she studied with jazz guru Charlie Banacos before spending many years performing in NYC. Her newest release on PJCE Records is "In a Heartbeat."
