Join us for a vibrant and engaging evening of dance featuring works by three guest artists. Derion Loman’s Soot depicts rediscovery through the seamless interchange of body weight, Brandi Coleman’s Out from Under transforms bodies into percussive musical instruments, and Andréya Ouamba’s Transversale explores the perceptions faced while navigating social and cultural contexts internationally. Depth and flavor are added to the concert through works by UO Dance faculty, ranging from a haunting solo to a joyous community celebration of giving thanks.
