Understanding Trauma and Coping with PTSD - Wellness Workshop

Thursday, October 14 at 2:00pm to 2:50pm

Erb Memorial Union (EMU), Duck Nest (Room 041)
1395 University Street, Eugene, OR 97403

If you’ve experienced trauma or know someone who has, you are not alone. While trauma can have profound impacts, it does not have to define who we become. This workshop will also equip you with coping strategies for managing symptoms related to trauma exposure and PTSD.
