Learn the basics of SQL structure and syntax and get hands-on practice during this Professional Edge workshop. Participants will work in teams to create a sample business use case by writing the code needed. You'll come away with an understanding of the structure of the SQL programming language and the ability to perform the most common operations used in various industries.
Meet the Instructor
Brandon Dorman is the director of skills content at Empath, a skills intelligence company. He works with the resident data science team and developers to give insight to companies about the skills their employees have and need to have for business success. He has 7 years of experience in product management, including two startups and the education andworkforce nonprofit ACT.
