Feeling the emotional weight of climate change in the classroom?  

Join us for Shifting Perspectives - Addressing Climate Emotions in Education, a cross-campus dialogue bringing together students, faculty, and grad students to talk openly about climate anxiety, grief, anger, and hope -- and how these emotions shape learning and teaching. 

This 90-minute, lunch-provided workshop will include small-group conversations, assumption-storming, and shared strategies for creating more emotionally supportive, human-centered classrooms. Students will have space to voice their needs and ideas, and faculty and staff will explore ways to foster greater emotional range and care in educational spaces.

Lunch is provided from UO Catering.
