 dential disclosure agreements (CDAs)\, data use agreements (DUAs)\, and ma
 terial transfer agreements (MTAs) and when they should be used for your re
 search. We will discuss some of the most common provisions in these agreem
 ents\; how these provisions can impact how you can use what you receive\; 
 and how you can use these provisions to protect what you may want to share
