Attend this seminar to learn about the Senior Law Service, a Program of Lane County Legal Aid/Oregon Law Center. It provides civil legal services to people age 60 and over. The target population consists of those in the greatest economic or social need. Funding is through the Older Americans Act, Lane Council of Governments, Area Agency on Aging. Local volunteer attorneys enable the program to expand services beyond staff resources. Jean Beachdel, Senior Law Service Program Director ,will present this information and be available to answer questions.
Judith Moman, one of the volunteer attorneys, has drawn praise for her work with the Senior Law Service. Her local private practice includes estate planning along with other types of legal issues. Judith will present information about estate planning and wills during this seminar and will also be available to answer questions.
