Virtual EventThis workshop is designed to help students who are interested in learning creative ways to start, improve, or adjust their self-care practices during COVID-19. With the impact of COVID-19 and the loss of resources many of us have previously relied on for self-care, it is more important than ever to consider ways in which we can maintain and improve our mental, emotional, and physical wellness through engaging in on-going self-care practices.
This workshop will consist of a one-hour introductory workshop that will be recorded and available on our website, followed by a series of 30-minute weekly virtual workshops that will focus on learning and practicing specific self-care skills.
