Rudra Meditation is an open-eye form of meditation that uses breath to open and strengthen the energy centers in the body. It is a technique that can be used to help transform tension to build a strong foundation, clarity of mind, and an open heart.  Class will begin with an introduction to the technique, followed by meditation, and completed with a question and answer session.
