Watching the world slowly crumble in the hands of power is starting to become a norm for us. The corruption in our environments is no longer a surprise, but instead a waiting game. We anticipate the exploitation and wait for everything around us to spoil. These pieces reflect our instability in everyday life due to external factors such as the normalization of war, policing of bodies, and the destruction of identities. They are representations of us, raw and rotting.
