About Customer Service Interns
Comcast is on a mission to make the Customer Experience our Best Product. Working with the Customer Experience Team as a 10-week, fulltime intern will provide you exposure to many aspects of a Fortune #32 company. Utilizing analytical tools and advanced Excel skills, this role will be responsible for pinpointing local process opportunities to reduce customer effort in problem resolution. Through analysis of data, interviewing internal teams and finding root causes, this internship will ultimately make a recommendation on how Comcast sustainably changes how they do business and care for our customers.
