Join ASURE (Affiliated Students for Undergraduate Research or Engagement) on Friday, January 22nd at 1 pm for a virtual coffee hour with Dr. Sutherland, Dr. Foxman, and Dr. Gash to learn about possible opportunities to get involved in their research!
Kelly Sutherland is an Associate Professor of Biology at both the Oregon Institute of Marine Biology and the Institute of Ecology and Evolution. Her primary research interests are in biomechanics and the interactions of marine organisms with the fluid environment.
Maxwell Foxman is an Assistant Professor of Media Studies in the School of Journalism and Communication. His research focuses on the experience of early adopters of digital communications technology with a focus on virtual reality developers and the use of games and play in non-game environments, including politics, social media and the news.
Alison Gash is an Associate Professor in Political Science Department. Her current research focuses on the intersection of law and social policy with a specific interest in race, gender, sexuality, and disability in the context of housing and family.
