The Office of the Vice President for Research and Innovation is pleased to announce the call for applications for the Paul Anthony Troiano RAINmaker Seed Grants. These $5,000 awards are designed to support UO student-led and owned entrepreneurial startup businesses as they seek to refine and launch their concepts as new companies.

To apply, submit your 1-2 page executive summary of your business or nonprofit, OR a pitch deck about your venture to kharmon2@uoregon.edu. Make sure to mention what traction to date you have made on your venture and how you would plan to spend the funds to grow your venture. Note: RAINmaker grants are intended for ventures that have some traction to date and development beyond the idea-stage.

Application deadline is Friday, May 7. Award winners will be announced during the UO Entrepreneurship Awards on May 24.
