  you can leverage prompting techniques to gain a competitive edge in your 
 career.  \n\nOverview of Generative AI in the Workplace: The workshop begi
 ns with an engaging overview of how generative AI is reshaping work. You'l
 l gain insights into real-world applications\, from automating routine tas
 ks to driving innovation in fields like marketing\, design\, and data anal
 ysis. This section aims to provide you with a solid understanding of AI's 
 current role and potential in a professional setting. \n\nLearn Prompting 
 Tips and Skills: The core of the workshop focuses on developing practical 
 prompting skills. We'll explore techniques for crafting effective prompts 
 that can aid in common workplace tasks such as report writing\, data inter
 pretation\, creative brainstorming\, and problem-solving. Through interact
 ive examples and guided exercises\, you will learn how to communicate with
  AI tools to get the best results for your specific needs. \n\nCreate and 
 Share Work-Ready Prompts: The final segment is all about putting your new 
 skills into action. You'll have the opportunity to create your own prompts
  tailored to hypothetical work scenarios. This hands-on experience is desi
 gned to build your confidence in using generative AI as a collaborative to
 ol. At the end of the session\, we'll share and discuss these prompts in s
 mall groups\, providing feedback and ideas on how to refine and apply them

 logy \n\nAbout the instructor:\n\nNicolle Merrill has spent the last 6 yea
 rs working at the intersection of education\, AI and design. In 2019\, she
  published the book Punch Doubt in the Face: How to Upskill\, Change Caree
 rs\, and Beat the Robots to help employees at all levels adapt to AI in th
 e workplace. Prior to working in AI\, Nicolle worked in coaching and execu
 tive training at Yale School of Management. She founded Boring AI to combi
 ne her love of training with her background in Ai to help people build cri
 tical AI literacy skills for a rapidly changing workplace. Nicolle has spo
 ken at conferences in the US and internationally. She’s never met an aud
