Professional Edge: Process Management Essentials Training
About this Event
See the hidden systems running everything around you. Every job, every organization, every frustrating wait in line runs on processes, most of them invisible until they break. During this hands-on, two-session Professional Edge training, you'll learn to map those systems, spot where they stall, dig for the real cause, and rebuild them better. You'll interview stakeholders in a live business scenario, redesign a broken process, and pitch your fix to a C-suite panel ready to push back.
This training is an opportunity to develop a versatile skill set that includes analytical thinking, stakeholder communication, persuasive pitching, and the ability to turn everyday inefficiencies into measurable improvements.
