Participants who attend both days of this program and fulfill all requirements are eligible to earn a digital microcredential. About the Instructor

Steven Havens is a former senior executive at Bank of America, where he led multiple consumer and small business banking territories throughout South Florida and Southern California. After more than 16 years in banking, he made a career change, shifting to dual careers in education and catering.

He is the owner and head chef of his catering business specializing in boutique events, providing private chef services and cooking class instruction. His breadth of experience in corporate finance, sales leadership, and entrepreneurship gives him a wealth of knowledge that he enjoys sharing with aspiring students.

Havens earned his MBA in 2023 and teaches business finance, personal finance, and business ethics at the undergraduate level as an adjunct professor.
