To continue our growth, we have several openings throughout the West Coast for recent college graduates to join our Sales Career Program.
Successful entry level sales candidates will begin their Rite-Hite career in our Sales Career Program at our world headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for 3 months. During this time, they will learn our products, our industry, and our customers. In addition, trainees will learn the industrial sales process, including prospecting, territory planning and management, negotiation, and account management strategies. Upon successful completion of training, they will be promoted to a territory management position in one of our various offices. Trainee's will spend another 2-3 months training in the field with our veteran sales reps to ensure hands-on application of the knowledge learned in Milwaukee. It is a unique outside, business to business sales opportunity that puts you in complete control of your career.
