This two-hour presentation is a must for anyone interested in how great organizations are hand forged. Three seasoned CEOs/entrepreneurs will be sharing secrets of advanced business strategies and leadership styles that helped create a sustainable competitive advantage in the outdoor industry.
UO Professor of Practice Michael Crooke, former CEO of Patagonia, will moderate a panel with two iconic entrepreneurs:
Boyle and Kerslake will both individually present a 20-25 minute presentation followed by an interactive session where the executives will be answering questions from the audience as moderated by Crooke.
This final hour will be an opportunity to interact directly with Boyle and Kerslake on a range of topics, including leadership, strategy, future trends, business model disruption, and the role of values in great organizations.
