DESCRIPTION:The 2026 Spring Officers of Administration Professional Develop
 ment Symposium will focus on Building a Culture of Community following the
  UO’s strategic plan\, Oregon Rising. \n\nThis full-day event will bring
  together OAs from across the UO Eugene and the UO Portland campus for mor
 ning and afternoon sessions designed to foster a culture of community\, an
 d networking. Through various learning activities\, participants will imag
 ine and develop a culture that fosters community\, gain a deeper understan
 ding of trust\, networking techniques\, covering key elements such as grow
 th\, well-being\, resilience\, trust\, belonging\, connection\, and purpos
 e. \n\nAttendees will hear from key leaders and engage in a hands-on activ
 ity facilitated by keynote speaker\, Anthony Lambatos\, Founder\, MIBE Mak
 ing It Better Every Day-Leadership Development and Owner\, Footers Caterin
 g\, and President of UO Alumni Association\, who will provide inspiration 
 and strategies for creating a culture we want to call our community. \n\nT
 he afternoon welcomes keynote speaker Jenna Schuttpelz\, Senior Director f
 or Talent Acquisitions and Class and Compensation\, Human Resources. Jenna
  will share an activity and discussion around building your network\, incl
 uding the value of networking\, practical tools and both individual and te
 am habits that can strengthen your network and community. \n\nAttendees wi
 ll leave the symposium with an opportunity for participants to engage with
  one another\, share ideas\, and create a stronger\, more connected commun
 ity. \n\nIntended audience: Current UO Officers of Administration.\n\nPlea
 se note that this event is in-person. Eugene employees will meet in the Fo
 rd Alumni Center Ballroom\, Portland employees will be on the Portland mai
 n campus\, specific location TBD. Portland will be livestreamed to connect
