Join us on Tuesdays @ 2:30pm in the Mills International Center during Weeks 2, 4, 6 and 8 for our Nourish and Flourish Nutrition Series! FREE SNACKS will be provided at every session.

Our first interactive presentation on April 8 will focus on "Why We Eat the Way We Eat." Everyone has different factors which impact how and why they eat the way that they do. Reflect and learn more about how these different influences impact our food decisions and experiences.

Learn and ask questions from a nutrition expert! Dr. Kathleen Humphries, PhD in Nutrition, will be presenting and leading our discussions around food. Other topics for this series include nutrition basics, meal planning, navigation food information (and misinformation) and more!

Join us to learn and reflect on our relationship with food while enjoying some yummy snacks. We'll also share information about food resources on campus.
