Virtual EventAre you getting enough sleep? How much sleep is enough sleep? In this workshop, we’ll discuss how much sleep is enough, and how to know if you’re getting enough! Strategies for maintaining sleep hygiene and for some high quality zzz’s will also be discussed. This workshop is free and open to UO students, faculty, and staff.
