The Black Cultural Center is a space on-campus for UO Black students, faculty, and staff to find community. We opened our doors in October 2019, and look forward to welcoming you this fall into the BCC and to the University of Oregon campus.

On behalf of the LRP Black Cultural Center, we wanted to welcome the Class of 2026 Black students to the UO. There are a few events planned and we encourage and welcome you to join us for these special events. We will introduce our new students to the BCC, Black faculty and staff, and returning Black students.

• Tuesday, September 20th - Scavenger Hunt & Kona Ice - Meet at Oregon Hall at 2:00 pm
• Wednesday, September 21st - New Black Student Dinner & Game Night - Black Cultural Center at 5:30 pm
• Friday, September 22nd - BCC Open House - Black Cultural Center, 2:00 - 4:00 pm
