Science Excursion—The Archaeology of Cascadia Cave (FULL)

Join US Forest Service archaeologist Tony Farque on an easy 2.5 mile hike to Cascadia Cave in the Sweet Home Ranger District. Learn about the Kalapuya people who have lived in the area since time immemorial and see the rock art still visible in the cave. Wear comfortable shoes and outdoor clothing, and bring a lunch.                                                                            

$45 per person; $40 for MNCH members. Transportation is provided. Space is limited and preregistration is required. Visit natural-history.uoregon.edu to register or learn more.
