A mindful drawing workshop inspired by James Lavadour's "Land of Origin" exhibition. This hour-long session invites participants to slow down and engage in quiet observation and intuitive mark-making, using Lavadour's layered, expressive landscapes as a source of reflection and inspiration. Through guided prompts and a focus on process over outcome, we'll explore drawing as a meditative practice that fosters presence, creativity, and personal insight.
