Virtual EventAs college students we wear many hats and play many roles. Our mind is often focus on what we need to do next. It is easy to drift from one thing to the next without ever taking the time to simply be. However, if we are constantly worried about our past or future we may miss the beauty of the “here and now.” This workshop will address the benefits of mindfulness, provide you with helpful tools and coping strategies, which will support you in being less absent from the richness of life. This is a drop-in workshop and is free and open to UO students, faculty, and staff.
