About the Instructor

Melanie Ferstman is an informations services training specialist at the University of Oregon. She has more than 10 years of experience in training and instructional design for higher education and corporate learners. She has a strong understanding of instructional design and pedagogical practices. Her deep passion for supporting learners helps facilitate their growth and knowledge acquisition.
