Almana graduated from University of Oregon in 1970 and generously funded Al Rafeef Educational Foundation Scholarship for Saudi women to study at the UO. Dr Aisha’s father asked her every day, "What have you done for the women of your country today?" a question she has answered in multiple ways as described In this compelling memoir.
