We all have something in common: our love for our businesses and communities and our collective desire to make them better. This has become even more evident since the COVID-19 pandemic struck. Now, as we begin to recover from COVID-19 and enter a new era, we must remain resilient and implement change that meets residents’ growing needs and addresses the many business and community issues that the pandemic has exacerbated.
