LeaderShape Institute engages students in a transformative experience and inspires them to create a just, caring, and thriving world. Taking place December 14-17, the purpose of this immersive, overnight off-campus retreat experience is to produce a breakthrough in leadership capacity. Through self-assessment, intensive small group discussions, team building challenges, and more, participants will enhance their leadership capacity and develop a vision for something they care about. Transportation between UO Eugene campus and venue, lodging, meals, and program materials are provided. Applications are due October 30.

• Info Session 2: Friday, October 17, 2:00–3:00 p.m.
• Info Session 3: Wednesday, October 22, 3:00–4:00 p.m.
