Friday, September 25 at 12:00pm to 12:45pm

Muscular endurance training for the entire body. Use plate-loaded barbells, weights, tubing, and body resistance to challenge your movement capacity. 

Want to join?

1. Get Started: Visit recweb.uoregon.edu or download in the app store “UO PE & Rec” and login in with your Duck ID.

2. Reserve: Select Group X Schedule, then choose your class format, day and time you want to move with us!

3.Complete Registration: Hit REGISTER, select it one more time. Select CHECKOUT and you will receive a confirmation email with your class registration day, time, studio location or Zoom link to join a virtual class.
