 ose work examines how institutions shape Latiné experiences of equity\, bel
 onging\, and representation across educational and workplace settings.\n\nJ
 anette Avelar is a PhD candidate in Quantitative Research Methods in Educat
 ion at the UO. Her research examines how innovative K–12 schools serving pr
 edominantly Latinx student populations design learning environments that ce
 nter equity\, cultural identity\, and student belonging\, particularly in t
 he context of growing political pressures shaping educational policy and pr
 actice.Dr. Chanel Meyers is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the UO 
 whose research explores how Latiné individuals evaluate corporate workplace
 s. Her work investigates how diversity signals\, demographic representation
 \, and organizational messaging influence perceptions of belonging\, trust\
 , and interest in potential workplaces.Together\, these scholars explore ho
 w institutional design choices in schools and organizations shape Latiné ex
 periences of inclusion\, representation\, and opportunity. Please join us f
