The sun's out and so are we! Come join Matthew (He/Him) and Lucy (She/Her) on a fun excursion down the Willamettte River for a fun Wednesday float in inflatable kayaks! This is a fun float that is good for anyone! If you've always wanted to float down the Willamette but have been too nervous to try on your own, or if you've gone down a 100 times and want to meet new people this is the right float for you! No kayaking experience needed! We will leave from the OP Rental Barn (18th and University St.) at 1:30pm and bike from there to the Aspen St. boat launch (about 2 miles) where we will load up the kayaks and head into the water. We will take out at Alton Baker Park and then bike back to the Rental Barn (about 2 miles) where we will conclude the trip! Bikes, kayaks, and any gear such as PFD's and Wetsuits will be provided! See you there!:)

*You are not signed up until you pay at the Outdoor and Bike Program EMU, Room 008, or the Outdoor Program Rental Barn on 18th and University Street. Hours for the EMU are Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri (12-4 pm). Hours for the Barn are Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 12pm-5pm. 

OP Membership Required: Students are already members! Non-students can purchase an annual year-to-date membership for $25 or pay a $5 day-use fee by coming into one of our above-listed locations. Non-students will also need to purchase a one-time UO Community Member Card from Card Services in the Erb Memorial Union for $10. The card and membership will enable you to access our Rental Barn for outdoor gear, the Do-It-Yourself Bike Workspace, and entry to Outdoor and Bike Program events and Common Adventure trips.
