The Intercultural Mentoring Program Advancing Community Ties (IMPACT) at the University of Oregon is a retention program, connecting first year students with upperclassmen at the UO in order to help make the transition into the University and student life a comfortable, accepting, and culturally responsive experience. Our mission is to foster peer-to-peer relationships through educational programming and social/networking events. We honor the power of being connected to a community.
Applications to be an IMPACT mentee for the 2015-2016 academic school year are to be dropped off at Alicia Sheikh-Arvizu's office.
