About the speaker:

Amy Lerseth is executive vice president of Buzz Oates, a private real estate investment operating company geographically focused in California's Central Valley.

With more than twenty-five years of experience in commercial real estate, Amy Lerseth is responsible for the execution of the investment strategy for assets—valued in excess of $2.5 billion—for management of development, construction, real estate, asset management, and property management companies, as well as driving Buzz Oates's strategic vision and growth.

Lerseth is a member of NAIOP (national forum member), ACRE (past president), ULI (executive committee), and Lambda Alpha International. She fosters professional development as a faculty member of the NAIOP Center for Education, as an instructor of BOMA International's Foundations of Real Estate Management, and as a forum mentor for ULI’s Young Leaders program.

Lerseth is a graduate of UCLA and an active member of the Sacramento community. She serves on the board of directors for Goodwill Sacramento Valley and Northern Nevada; City Year Sacramento; is a founding member of WomenUp; served as the president of the Stanford Youth Solutions board of directors for Stanford Youth Solutions; was a member of the American Heart Association’s Go Red executive leadership team; and was a member of Leadership Sacramento.

She is the recipient of numerous awards, including:
