The Graduate Teaching Fellows Federation (American Federation of Teachers Local 3544) is the member-run union representing graduate employees’ at UO. Through the GTFF, Graduate Employees (GEs) work collectively to improve living and working conditions for GEs, negotiate the collective bargaining agreement (i.e., your labor contract) between GTFF and UO, and advocate for our students and the community.
