Get ready for a cooking adventure at Sprout! Regional Food Hub in Springfield. Our Get Cooking classes are taught by local chefs and emphasize fresh, local ingredients. Crafting Tamales with La Granada

Join Baldo and Evy Hernandez of La Granada Latin Kitchen for a hands-on tamal making experience! Enjoy a traditional, non-alcoholic beverage, learn the history of tamales, and make a few of your own to take home. You'll also make salsas to accompany the tamales, and sample tamales from La Granada. 
$45 per person; $40 for MNCH members.
