GENI (www.geni.net) is a virtual laboratory for networking and distributed systems research and education.  Used by over 10,000 researchers and educators, GENI is well suited for exploring networks at scale, thereby promoting innovations in network science, security, services, and applications.

A GENI Regional Workshop (GRW) will be held at the University of Oregon on November 3-4, 2017.  In serving both the general audience and members in the computer networking field, this GRW will feature talks by leading figures in the field on cutting-edge topics such as software-defined networking (SDN), edge computing, and network security, followed by lectures and hands-on tutorials for audience at both the introductory and advanced levels.
