Join the SSC's Climate Anxiety and Habitat Restoration programs for a student-led forest bathing session in Hendricks Park! Reconnect with nature, relax before finals week, and learn more about how forest bathing can improve our overall mood and attitude towards the climate crisis. We will be meeting at the SSC Office then all walking to Hendricks Park- Please be dressed for the weather, wear closed-toes shoes that are comfortable to walk in, and bring water! 

                                                                                                                                                      Forest bathing is a mental and physical wellbeing exercise that involves immersing yourself in nature and connecting to your surroundings through sight, sound, touch, smell, and taste.
