Friday, May 4 is the 40th Annual FLIS, a special day for Oregon high school students. UO Faculty and students from more than 35 different countries will  give presentations and workshops on a wide variety of language and culture topics, from German Hip Hop to Cuban Cuisine to Russian Theater to Swahili in 15 minutes!

While this event is aimed at high schoolers, UO Students are invited to volunteer and take part in the festivities.
