Audio Visual Services, part of Information Services, will be providing classroom technology demonstrations the week before fall term for instructors. These sessions will cover the essential setup and operation of AV classroom equipment commonly used by instructors and presenters in registrar or joint-controlled classrooms, including podium configuration, screen sharing, touch panel navigation, document and room cameras, microphones, assistive listening systems, and more!  

Session includes a 45 minute tutorial, followed by (optional) Q&A and drop-in time.

Registration is encouraged but not required. Can't make a session but need support? We are happy to schedule individual trainings in any of the registrar or joint-controlled classrooms. To request an appointment, please submit a ticket and select "consultation."
