University Health Center will be offering flu shot clinics to current UO faculty/staff and currently registered UO students at various locations across campus. Anyone getting a flu shot is required to show their UO ID card. Wearing a short-sleeved shirt is recommended for ease of vaccination.

Students: $20

Students can bill to their DuckWeb account, or pay by cash or check. We will also bill Oregon Health Plan, UO Student Health Benefits Plan, and the PacificSource - GTF plan. Bring your insurance card with you for any of these plans.

Faculty/Staff: $30

Faculty and staff with PEBB Providence and Moda health insurance plans can have their vaccinations directly billed to insurance. Be sure to bring your insurance card in addition to your UO ID. Faculty and staff who are not covered by PEBB Providence or Moda insurance will need to pay by cash or check at the time of service.
