Learn how to plan, prepare for, and lead design thinking work during this short course hosted by the Professional Edge program. This course is not an introduction to design thinking. It assumes participants already have a working, practice-based competency with human-centered design and its use in a business context.
This course will be delivered over two consecutive Friday afternoons for a total of 6 hours—dates and times below. Attendance is required in both sessions.
This hands-on short course will teach participants who already have an application-based, working knowledge of design thinking (AKA human-centered design) how to plan, prepare for, and lead design thinking work sessions that people will love. It will explore the significant differences between practicing design thinking and leading and facilitating teams through productive, enjoyable, engaging work sessions that leverage design thinking methodologies.
