Join us for the October OEMBA Speaker Series featuring Manish Sinha, MBA ’98, chief information officer and vice president at ANSYS, Inc. Living and working around the globe have provided Manish with an expert perspective on managing a diverse global work force. According to Manish, businesses are no longer tied to one geographical region—work is being done around the clock in a global environment with a globally diverse workforce. Whether you are a project manager in Portland managing a customer relationship management implementation or a technical subject matter expert for SAP or a construction worker working on a bridge, you are dealing with work being done by a globally and culturally diverse work force whose needs must be addressed.
